Learn

Christians have a responsibility to learn about poverty. The Bible is packed with scripture pronouncing God’s mandate for justice. The New Testament is filled with stories demonstrating Jesus’ heart for the poor.

When it comes to what concerns the heart of God, the Scriptures are clear. God is particularly concerned with the people, made in His image, who do not have the opportunity to live a full life.

As Christians it is imperative to align with God’s will. With so much of Scripture concerned with matters of mercy and justice it is important that the Church is too.
